Refunds and Returns Policy
 
We get it – sometimes it’s just not right. 
 
At inBLACK. we have a 30 day returns policy because we know you are busy and it can take a week or two to get to the post office. 
 
Be honest when returning your garment: it must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. ( We are not afraid to have a sniff.) 
 
Non-returnable items: 
* Gift cards 
 
Please email hello@inblackthelabel.com to get your return number before popping it in the post. 
 
For full price items: You can chose to refund the item or receive a credit note for 110% of the purchase price. 
e.g Original Order $149 + 10% = inBLACK credit $163.90 (how nice are we) 
 
There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted: 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (e.g you’ve worn it to dance up a storm.) 
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
 
Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected (with a fine tooth comb), we will email to notify you it has been received and we will approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. 
 
Where is my money honey? Late or missing refunds 
If your refund has been approved with a confirmation email from us but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
Wait another day or two and if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@inblackthelabel.com 
 
Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but we are happy to offer a credit note for the value of the purchase only. 
 
Exchanges 
We know buying online can be scary and sometimes it’s not quite right. We are happy to offer an exchange of product if available. 
 
After pay Returns 
We can only offer a refund with afterpay purchases.  
No exchanges can be made on afterpay purchases. 
if you wish to return your goods, complete the online returns process as per the normal returns policy – if eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge. 
When you link your afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details. 
 
Postage 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1l209 Juliette Street, Greenslopes, QLD, 4120, Australia. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.  You should consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We take no responsibility if the parcel is lost in transit.
